We offer a 30-day returns policy in line with UK distance selling regulations. Items must be received back with us within 30 days of you receiving them for a refund. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

• Mainland UK: We provide Free Shipping on all orders.

• Highlands & Islands: Due to courier surcharges for remote regions (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, etc.), a flat-rate £10 shipping fee applies. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.

• Northern Ireland: We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland due to logistical constraints.

Items may be dispatched separately depending on supplier stock locations and size. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
