Placing an Order

Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£).
- Auto House Shop is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where available at checkout.
- Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully completed.
- Payment descriptors may appear as Auto House Shop, AUTOHOUSESHOP, or a closely related payment descriptor depending on the payment provider.
Delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery estimates are shown on product pages and/or at checkout before purchase. UK delivery is currently free for orders placed through the Auto House Shop website.
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will usually begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are based on working days. They are not guaranteed unless this is clearly stated at checkout or in writing.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. Returns, cancellations, faulty goods, exchanges and refunds are handled in line with applicable UK consumer law and our published policies.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Auto House Shop offers a 30-day returns window from the date your order is delivered for eligible items that are new, unused and unfitted. Your statutory cancellation rights also apply. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges where suitable and subject to availability. Returned items must meet the return condition requirements unless your statutory rights apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos where relevant. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
Cancellations, Errors & Availability
We may cancel and refund an order if there is a clear pricing error, availability error, product data error, payment issue, suspected fraud, address issue or courier service issue.
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided at checkout.
If an order is cancelled by Auto House Shop, any payment taken for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.
Product Installation
Automotive parts should be checked before fitting and installed correctly. We strongly recommend professional installation for mechanical, electrical, suspension, braking, exhaust and performance components.

Refunds & Return Postage

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have returned it where applicable.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. Auto House Shop does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
