At the heart of this setup is Pedders’ proven foam cell shock technology, chosen for its ability to manage heat more effectively under sustained load. This makes it particularly well suited to vehicles that spend their time towing, carrying equipment, or running with a loaded tray — where standard suspension can quickly become overwhelmed.
The inclusion of rear leaf spring spacers adds further flexibility, helping the D-Max maintain ride height and control when carrying additional weight. The result is a suspension setup that feels composed and predictable, rather than harsh or overly stiff, even when the vehicle is working hard.

Ravenol Supplier Stock: Ravenol items not held physically by us are supplied via the UK distribution network and typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
European Warehouse: Certain performance components are sourced from European distribution hubs and carry a lead time of 5–10 working days. This is clearly labeled on the product page.
International Supplier Stock (Auxbeam): Auxbeam items not held physically by us are supplied via international distribution and carry a lead time of 10–15 working days.
Manufacturer Stock (Australia): Parts supplied directly from Australia (DBA, Xforce, etc.) are processed as special orders. These do not show a live UK quantity and carry extended lead times of 6 weeks as specified on the product page.
