Constructed from matte-finish 304 stainless steel, this cat-back uses mandrel-bent 3” pipework to reduce back pressure and improve throttle response across the rev range. The system is finished with a polished VAREX rear muffler and aggressive 4.5” double-wall tips, giving the RS the looks to match its performance.
Thanks to Xforce’s patented VAREX valve technology, you’re in complete control of the exhaust volume. Quiet mode keeps things civil for daily use, while open mode unleashes the full intensity of the Focus RS’s turbocharged engine.

Ravenol Supplier Stock: Ravenol items not held physically by us are supplied via the UK distribution network and typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
European Warehouse: Certain performance components are sourced from European distribution hubs and carry a lead time of 5–10 working days. This is clearly labeled on the product page.
International Supplier Stock (Auxbeam): Auxbeam items not held physically by us are supplied via international distribution and carry a lead time of 10–15 working days.
Manufacturer Stock (Australia): Parts supplied directly from Australia (DBA, Xforce, etc.) are processed as special orders. These do not show a live UK quantity and carry extended lead times of 6 weeks as specified on the product page.
