1. Business Identity & Responsibility
Auto House Shop is the merchant of record for all transactions. The business is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jordan Jackson.
We take full legal and operational responsibility for your order from the moment payment is processed through to successful delivery at your door. Unlike standard “marketplaces”, Auto House Shop sells and supports all products listed on this website and remains responsible for customer service, returns, and after-sales support.
2. Inventory & Availability Notice
To ensure the highest level of accuracy for our customers, we operate a high-frequency inventory management system:
- Live Product Feeds: For items not held physically at our Powys warehouse, we utilise an integrated Live API Data Feed provided directly by our authorised manufacturers and distributors.
- Hourly Updates: Our systems sync with these external warehouse databases every hour. This ensures that the stock quantities and lead times displayed on our product pages are as accurate as possible.
- Dynamic Lead Times: Because availability can change rapidly in the high-performance automotive sector, our website dynamically updates to show whether an item is available for immediate UK dispatch, European transit, or Manufacturer Special Order (Australia).
- Stock Discrepancies: In the rare event of a data latency error (where an item sells out at the distributor in the minutes between our hourly syncs), we will notify you within 24–48 hours. In such cases, we will offer you a choice of a full immediate refund, an upgraded priority dispatch from our international manufacturing hub (where possible), or a revised delivery timeframe.
3. Service Area & Delivery Restrictions
- Mainland UK: We provide delivery to all standard addresses within Mainland UK.
- Exclusions: We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses.
- Remote Regions: A flat-rate surcharge of £10.00 applies to the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands. This cost is calculated at checkout once your delivery postcode is entered.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Mainland UK Delivery: FREE (No minimum spend required).
- Remote Region Surcharge: £10.00.
5. Order Processing & Handling
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM GMT (Monday to Friday).
- Handling Time: 1–2 working days. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

Note on Australian Stock: For most XForce exhaust systems and other specialist items sourced directly from the manufacturer in Australia, we apply an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 6 weeks. This ensures customers are aware of the longer lead time before placing an order.
7. Fulfilment & Customs Transparency
To provide a comprehensive range of performance parts, we utilise a hybrid fulfilment model:
- Direct from Auto House Shop: Items held at our warehouse are dispatched directly by our team.
- Authorised Distribution: To reduce transit times, some items are dispatched directly from our authorised UK or international partner hubs.
- Import Duties: For all items sourced from international or Australian hubs, Auto House Shop acts as the importer. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay; we handle all import formalities so you will not be charged additional customs fees or surprise invoices upon delivery.

8. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders containing items from multiple brands may arrive in separate packages at different times.
