AUXBEAM Q40 9005 / HB3 / H10 LED Bulbs
The AUXBEAM Q40 9005 / HB3 / H10 LED bulbs are a high-output plug-and-play style LED upgrade for vehicles using the 9005, HB3 or H10 bulb fitment.
Replacing the previous Q30 option, the Q40 uses upgraded 3570 CSP LED chip technology to deliver a brighter, cleaner and more modern light output, with up to 30,000LM per set and a crisp 6500K cool white colour temperature.
These bulbs are suitable for off-road, agricultural, show, private road and auxiliary-use applications where improved visibility is required.

Bright 6500K LED Output
The AUXBEAM Q40 9005 / HB3 / H10 bulbs are designed to provide a strong white light output for improved visibility in suitable applications.
With up to 30,000 lumens per set, they offer a significant increase in brightness compared with standard halogen bulbs, making them a useful upgrade for vehicles used off-road, on farms, worksites, private roads or in other demanding environments.
Focused Beam Design
The Q40 bulbs use an ultra-thin LED chip layout designed to help create a focused beam pattern, with improved light spread and forward visibility compared with standard halogen lighting.
Correct fitment and alignment are important to help reduce unnecessary glare, scattered light and dark spots.
Cooling & Build Quality
High-output LED bulbs generate heat, so effective cooling is important for stable performance and long service life.
The AUXBEAM Q40 uses an aviation-grade aluminium body, active fan cooling and double copper tube heat dissipation to help manage heat during use.
The rear cooling fan and heat sink are larger than a standard halogen bulb, so some vehicles may require additional clearance or a replacement silicone dust cap.

Fitment Notes
Please check your existing bulb type before ordering. These bulbs are designed for vehicles using 9005, HB3 or H10 bulb fitment.
Vehicle fitment can vary depending on model year, trim level and headlight housing. Some vehicles with bulb monitoring systems may require an additional CANBUS decoder to prevent flickering or dashboard bulb warning messages.
If space behind the headlight is limited, please check clearance before fitting, as the Q40 uses a larger rear cooling fan and heat sink than a standard halogen bulb.
Road Use Disclaimer
These LED bulbs are designed for off-road, show, agricultural, private road and auxiliary-use applications.
Most factory halogen headlight housings were not originally type-approved for LED replacement bulbs. This means LED conversion bulbs may not be fully road legal for use in standard headlamp units on UK public roads.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations and ensure the bulbs are suitable for their intended use before fitting.
