Because we work with specialist automotive brands and authorised distributors, not every product is physically held by Auto House Shop. Some items are stocked by us directly, while others are supplied through trusted brand partners and distributor warehouses.
Each product page shows the most accurate stock and delivery information available, including whether the item is held by Auto House Shop, available from UK supplier stock, European supplier stock, Australian distributor stock or manufacturer stock where this information is available.
How Our Stock Works
We use several different stock types across the site.
Auto House Shop Held Stock
Some products are physically held by Auto House Shop in the UK.
This mainly applies to selected Auxbeam products and some Ravenol items.
These products are usually dispatched quickly from our own stock.
Typical delivery time:
- Usually dispatched next working day
- Typical delivery within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
UK Supplier Stock
Some products are available from a UK supplier or distributor warehouse.
This means the item is available in the UK, but is not physically held by Auto House Shop.
This commonly applies to brands supplied through our distributor network, including products from brands such as Ryco, Pedders, DBA Brakes, Xtreme Outback Clutches and XForce where UK stock is available.
Typical delivery time:
- Usually 2 to 4 working days
European Supplier Stock
Some products may be available from European supplier stock where UK warehouse stock is not available.
Typical delivery time:
- Usually 5 to 10 working days
Australian or Manufacturer Stock
Some products may be available from Australian distributor stock or manufacturer stock when UK or European stock is not available.
These products are normally shown with a longer delivery estimate on the product page.
Typical delivery time:
- Approximately 6 weeks from Australian distributor or manufacturer stock
- Made-to-order items may vary depending on the brand and product
What Stock Quantities Mean
Some product pages show a visible stock quantity, such as “2 in stock”.
A visible stock quantity means the item is currently available according to the stock source shown on the product page.
Depending on the brand and product, that stock may be:
- Physically held by Auto House Shop
- Held in a UK supplier warehouse
- Held in a European supplier warehouse
- Held in Australian distributor or manufacturer stock
Where possible, the product page will also show the stock location or estimated delivery time.
For example:
- Auto House Shop held stock: usually dispatched next working day
- UK supplier stock: usually 2 to 4 working days
- European supplier stock: usually 5 to 10 working days
- Australian or manufacturer stock: approximately 6 weeks
Brand Delivery Estimates

Some Ravenol products are physically held by Auto House Shop in the UK. Other Ravenol products may be dispatched from Ravenol UK.

- 1 to 2 working days if physically held by Auto House Shop
- 2 to 4 working days if dispatched from Ravenol UK
Auxbeam
Some Auxbeam products are physically held by Auto House Shop in the UK, while others are supplied directly from Auxbeam.
Typical delivery time:
- 1 to 2 working days if physically held by Auto House Shop
- 10 to 15 working days for supplier-dispatched Auxbeam items
Products showing Auto House Shop held stock will be clearly marked where applicable.
Ryco
Ryco filters and service kits may be supplied from UK, European or Australian distributor stock depending on live availability.
Typical delivery time:
- 2 to 4 working days from UK supplier stock
- 5 to 10 working days from European supplier stock
- Approximately 6 weeks from Australian distributor stock
Pedders
Pedders suspension products may be supplied from UK, European or Australian distributor stock depending on live availability.
Typical delivery time:
- 2 to 4 working days from UK supplier stock
- 5 to 10 working days from European supplier stock
- Approximately 6 weeks from Australian distributor stock
DBA Brakes
DBA brake discs, pads and brake kits may be supplied from UK, European or Australian distributor stock depending on live availability.

Xtreme Outback Clutches
Xtreme Outback clutch kits may be supplied from UK, European or Australian distributor stock depending on live availability.
Typical delivery time:
- 2 to 4 working days from UK supplier stock
- 5 to 10 working days from European supplier stock
- Approximately 6 weeks from Australian distributor stock
XForce
XForce exhaust systems may be available from UK, European, Australian or manufacturer stock depending on the item.
Typical delivery time:
- 2 to 4 working days from UK supplier stock where available
- 5 to 10 working days from European supplier stock where available
- Approximately 6 weeks from Australian distributor, manufacturer or made-to-order stock

Service Kits and Bundles
Some products on Auto House Shop are assembled as kits or bundles using components from multiple brands.
For example, a service kit may include:
- Ravenol oil
- Ryco filters
- Ravenol engine cleaner
Where possible, we use stock information from our own records and supplier feeds to ensure kits are shown with realistic availability.
Because kits may contain multiple items, delivery time is based on the component with the longest lead time.
For example, if the oil is available quickly but a filter is only available from supplier stock, the delivery estimate for the kit may reflect the filter availability.
Who Handles Your Order?
Even when an item is dispatched from a supplier or distributor warehouse, your order is still placed with Auto House Shop.
Auto House Shop remains your point of contact for:
- Processing your order
- Customer support
- Delivery queries
- Returns
- Warranty or product support
You do not need to contact the supplier directly.
Mainland UK Delivery
Auto House Shop primarily supplies customers within mainland UK.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or incur a surcharge, including:
- Scottish Highlands
- Offshore islands
- Remote postcodes
If a surcharge applies, this will normally be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
At this time, we do not routinely ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.
Delivery Times
Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates based on current stock information and supplier lead times.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery can occasionally be affected by:
- Supplier stock movement
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- Large or heavy items requiring specialist courier services
- Made-to-order or manufacturer supply times
