The AUXBEAM Q40 9006 / HB4 LED bulbs are a high-output plug-and-play style upgrade for vehicles using the 9006 / HB4 bulb fitment.
Designed to provide a brighter, cleaner and more modern light output than standard halogen bulbs, the Q40 9006 / HB4 bulbs use high-power 3570 CSP LED chips with a crisp 6500K cool white colour temperature.
These bulbs are suitable for off-road, agricultural, show, private road and auxiliary-use applications where improved visibility is required.

With a rated output of up to 30,000 lumens per set, they offer a significant increase in brightness compared with standard halogen bulbs, making them a useful upgrade for suitable off-road, work vehicle and private-road applications.
Focused Beam Design
The Q40 9006 / HB4 bulbs use an LED chip layout designed to help create a focused beam pattern with improved spread and distance.
Correct fitment and alignment are important to help reduce unnecessary glare, dark spots and scattered light.
Cooling & Build Quality
High-output LED bulbs need effective heat management. The Q40 9006 / HB4 bulbs use an aviation-grade aluminium body, active fan cooling and double copper tube heat dissipation to help maintain stable performance during use.
The built-in cooling fan and heat sink mean the rear of the bulb is larger than a standard halogen bulb, so some vehicles may require additional clearance or a replacement silicone dust cap.

Fitment Notes
Please check your existing bulb type before ordering. These bulbs are designed for vehicles using 9006 / HB4 fitment.
Vehicle fitment can vary depending on year, model, trim level and headlight housing. Some vehicles with bulb monitoring systems may require a CANBUS decoder to prevent flickering or dashboard bulb warnings.
If space behind the headlight is limited, please check clearance before fitting, as the Q40 has a larger cooling fan and heat sink than a standard halogen bulb.
Road Use Disclaimer
These LED bulbs are designed for off-road, show, agricultural, private road and auxiliary-use applications.
Most factory halogen headlight housings were not originally type-approved for LED replacement bulbs. This means LED conversion bulbs may not be fully road legal for use in standard headlamp units on UK public roads.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations and ensure the bulbs are suitable for their intended use before fitting.
