This Pedders 50mm extra heavy duty suspension lift kit is built for Ford Ranger P703 / T6.2 3.0 V6 models from 2023 onwards operating with substantial permanent equipment or load. It combines uprated rear leaf springs with Foam Cell damping to support the vehicle under demanding load-carrying and towing use.
The EziFit front struts arrive assembled with their matched spring and mounting components, reducing installation time and removing the need to compress the front springs during assembly.
A Constant 600kg Load Is Required
This is a specialist suspension package designed around a minimum constant rear load of approximately 600kg. The weight must be permanently carried by the vehicle, such as a heavy service body, tools, fixed equipment or a fully equipped touring build.
This is not the right kit for a standard or occasionally loaded Ranger. Without the required permanent weight, the rear suspension will be unnecessarily firm and the vehicle may sit incorrectly. Choose the standard or 300kg kit if the truck does not carry 600kg continuously.

Kit contents should be checked against the supplied packing list before installation. Components must not be mixed between the 2.0 and 3.0 V6 applications.
Foam Cell Shock Technology
Pedders Foam Cell shock absorbers use a closed-cell foam sleeve to manage the space normally occupied by pressurised gas. This helps prevent oil aeration and cavitation, supporting more consistent damping during repeated suspension movement.
The 40mm bore provides greater oil capacity and cooling area than a smaller conventional shock, making the system well suited to pickups used on broken roads, during towing or over longer off-road sections.

Installation and Important Information
Professional installation is recommended. The vehicle must receive a wheel alignment after the suspension work, and headlight aim should be checked. Depending on the vehicle specification, driver-assistance system calibration may also be required.
Quoted height changes are approximate and are measured against a standard vehicle. Bull bars, winches, canopies, service bodies, drawers and other permanent equipment can alter the final installed height.
A suspension upgrade does not increase the manufacturer’s plated gross vehicle weight, axle limits, payload or towing capacity. Tyre clearance and road legality must be checked separately.
