This Pedders 50mm suspension lift kit is designed for Ford Ranger P703 / T6.2 2.0 models from 2023 onwards used primarily as an unladen or lightly loaded daily driver. It improves ground clearance and suspension control while retaining a more compliant ride than the load-rated heavy duty alternatives.
The EziFit front struts arrive assembled with their matched spring and mounting components, reducing installation time and removing the need to compress the front springs during assembly.
Designed for Standard and Lightly Loaded Rangers
This is the comfort-focused option in the range and does not require a minimum constant rear load. It suits road use, touring and occasional off-road driving where the vehicle is not permanently carrying substantial weight.
If the Ranger has a heavy canopy, drawer system, tools or regularly tows with significant nose weight, choose a properly load-rated heavy duty kit instead. A standard kit cannot correct rear sag caused by permanent additional weight.

Kit contents should be checked against the supplied packing list before installation. Components must not be mixed between the 2.0 and 3.0 V6 applications.
Foam Cell Shock Technology
Pedders Foam Cell shock absorbers use a closed-cell foam sleeve to manage the space normally occupied by pressurised gas. This helps prevent oil aeration and cavitation, supporting more consistent damping during repeated suspension movement.
The 40mm bore provides greater oil capacity and cooling area than a smaller conventional shock, making the system well suited to pickups used on broken roads, during towing or over longer off-road sections.

Installation and Important Information
Professional installation is recommended. The vehicle must receive a wheel alignment after the suspension work, and headlight aim should be checked. Depending on the vehicle specification, driver-assistance system calibration may also be required.
Quoted height changes are approximate and are measured against a standard vehicle. Bull bars, winches, canopies, service bodies, drawers and other permanent equipment can alter the final installed height.
A suspension upgrade does not increase the manufacturer’s plated gross vehicle weight, axle limits, payload or towing capacity. Tyre clearance and road legality must be checked separately.
