This Pedders TrakRyder Adjustable Foam Cell rear shock absorber provides nine damping positions for 2023-on Ford Ranger T6.2 / P703 2.0 and 3.0 V6 models. It allows the rear suspension response to be adjusted around road conditions, load and towing use.

This listing is for one rear shock absorber only. Two are required to replace both rear shocks, and axle-pair replacement is recommended for balanced damping.

Installation Information

Professional installation is recommended. Inspect the rear leaf springs, bushes and mounting hardware during installation, replace shocks in pairs and tighten all fasteners to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Shock absorbers control spring movement but do not carry the vehicle’s static load. Rear spring rate must be selected separately to suit the permanent weight carried by the Ranger.
