The Pedders TrakRyder Long Travel Foam Cell shock is designed for Nissan Navara D40 builds that need increased suspension travel alongside proper load control.

This is the one to look at if your truck is lifted, used off-road regularly, or needs more rear axle movement without losing damping control. Compared to standard length shocks, the increased stroke allows the suspension to extend further, improving articulation and keeping the tyres in contact with the ground over uneven terrain.

Like the standard Foam Cell range, it uses a nitrogen-free, foam cell design to maintain consistent oil pressure. That means no fade, no aeration, and reliable damping even when the shock is working hard over longer distances or rough ground.

AHS insight

This isn’t for a standard truck. The long travel design only really makes sense if the suspension has been lifted or set up to use that extra movement. On the right setup though, it makes a noticeable difference to how the rear end behaves off-road.
