The Subaru WRX STI Final Edition was equipped with a serious braking package from the factory, combining six-piston Brembo front calipers with substantial 340mm brake discs.

The DBA 5000 Series XD front brake disc is a direct-replacement, two-piece performance disc developed for owners wanting improved thermal management, reduced weight and more distinctive styling without changing the original braking configuration.

Its 340mm diameter and 30mm thickness match the factory Final Edition front brake dimensions, while the DBA 5000 Series construction separates the cast-iron braking surface from the lightweight aluminium centre hat.

Two-Piece 5000 Series Construction

Unlike a conventional one-piece brake disc, the DBA 5000 Series uses a separate high-carbon cast-iron friction ring and aerospace-grade aluminium mounting hat.

This construction helps:

Important Fitment Information

This disc is not suitable for every VA-generation WRX STI.

Earlier UK WRX STI models commonly use smaller 326mm front brake discs with four-piston Brembo calipers. This 340mm disc will not fit those vehicles without the corresponding brake conversion.

Before ordering, confirm that your vehicle has:

Grey-imported or modified vehicles must be checked by brake dimensions and caliper configuration rather than registration year alone.
